How to make pasta salad with tuna

Pasta salad with tuna is one of those complete meals that have everything you need for a lunch or even for dinner. You have vegetables, you have proteins without fat and you have carbohydrates. It is a wonderful meal.

This recipe is made very easily and you do not need to have experience in the kitchen to make it. Well, I'm assuming that you know how to boil pasta at least 😛

Also, this is an ideal dish to be creative. You can use my recipe as a starting point, but I invite you to add other ingredients, alter the portions and make this a unique dish, with your own signature, hehehe.

Tuna pasta salad recipe

Step by step pasta salad with tuna , ingredients and preparation.Once it's ready, cook it and put it to cool.
  • Chop the onion into cubes small.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
  • Wash the lettuce well and rub it with your hands in strips or whatever shape you like.
  • If you decide to put the hard-boiled egg on it, cook it and save it.
  • Grab a bowl and add the tuna tins without the liquid. The same with corn. Add all the other ingredients.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, a good spray of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mix well.
  • Ready, you already have a salad of pasta with tuna, easy for dinner, or lunch, whatever you prefer.

    Remember to leave the salad in the fridge for a while so it cools a little before eating.

    A this tuna salad with pasta you can add more ingredients to your taste. I give you some ideas:

    • You can put grated carrots
    • Olives without bones
    • Boiled potatoes
    • Alfalfa
    • Raisins
    • Other green leaves such as arugula, canones or spinach.

    Pasta salad with tuna and mayonnaise

    Tuna and fish mayonnaise are good friends, so if you want, you can prepare an easy salad with these ingredients.

    Make the recipe as I explained it in this post and put a hard boiled egg, a medium-sized steamed potato in cubes and a spoonful of light mayonnaise.

    You can also add boiled carrot or, better yet, grated.

    In this case it is not necessary to use olive oil.
